I was having a horrible day and the top on my bmw would not go down. I went there with some hope. I don’t know his name but he know about bmw’s and he helped me put it up and I thank him so much for that. They were so kind.

We have done business with the company for several years. Oil changes, tire repairs and other things. Always going above and beyond in helping us get back on the road or back to work. Highly recommended.

I just wanna share something that happened today; my wife and I went down to Grand Island for work and our truck wouldn’t start, we were able to make it over to this shop and a mechanic named Tim came over helped us figure out how to make it home, and gave us options on how to fix it; when I asked him how much I owed him for his advice and time he said “no worries bud” That alone gives them my Buisness. I’m always a little distrusting of mechanics so I gotta say his honesty and helpfulness were a refreshing contrast. 5 stars Tim!

If I could give zero stars, I would. It took me a year to form my opinion. I was quoted a price over the phone which was higher when my husband went to pay the bill. No surprise. I’m upset we spent so much to have safe tires installed on our family vehicle just to have constant issues. First, they scuffed up my rims. Second, the tires kept losing pressure within the 1st week. Approx 1-5psi per day. They said the rims were just dirty and the valve stem was leaking. They offered to wipe the rims and remove then reinstall the tires/fix bead seal. Rims remained scuffed, but the grease/oil was removed. Had no tire pressure issues for about 3 months.. To this day tpms light is consistently on every other week. Had it verified by our mechanic that it is indeed the valve stems on the rear tires. Will not be going back.

While traveling through the area, my truck had a flat tire, and the spare was not usable. Garrett's went above and beyond to fix my tier quickly so I could get back on the road! Customer service was great, and their pricing was very fair! I would highly recommend them.
